The term "smoking nachos" is a term used when you are stoned off of your ass with your friends.
Friend: "We should make some nachos"
You: "Let me eat the rest of this bowl, then we can go smoke some nachos"
Friend *Laughs aloud

This inside joke can be used to brighten up the smoke session even more, bringing much laughter and vaporized tortilla chips with cheese.
