Slow Child Moment 

When someone says something really freaking stupid/ridiculous in school and everyone around this person groans in disgust.

Teacher: Class, be sure to get to your testing sites by 8:00.
Dumb Student: Wait, so we still have to get to class on time?
*everyone else groans, teacher holds his head in shame*
Me: That was an outrageous Slow Child Moment. Kids, be sure to THINK before you speak or act, or you'll be labeled a slow child.
