Elated to the point of slapping one's grandma. Slightly happier than slap happy, but not as happy as slaphappiest while in a state of stupor or suffering from a lack of sleep.

I couldn't be slaphappier to make your acquaintance, although I don't expect to recall it later.

One who likes to hit people for hardly any reason at all.

Slapwapper 

When you take a road trip and nature calls, you stop take your organic bio green toilet paper and take a bush closest to you to do your business, the only problem the wind is blowing with incredible force, this causes absolute chaos down there.

I had to perform a number two on our road trip but was caught in a slapwapper.
