To be paranoid while under the influence of methamphetamine. It usually is cause by suffering from meth psychosis, a lack of sleep.

I hadn't slept in days and got really skitched when I saw a car I didn't recognize parked down the street. I was SUE that they were cops.

A combination of the word "Skinny" and "Inches".
The word itself means "Skinny inches". Meaning someone who is skinny, and has long hair.
Skinny being a word derived from stan twitter, and inches pointing to a person with long hair.
