Bogue Chitto for the word scorched.

I got so drunk last weekend I feel in the bon fire and skercht my arm.

I drank my coffee so fast it skercht my tongue.

I hope that asteroid misses us so it don’t skerch the planet like it did during the dinosaurs days.
