referes to the amount of weight lost whilst being sick, from not eating, vomiting, what have you.

"Damn, maybe I should get sick more often. I can start to see my sicks packs coming through."

Sick Pack

Someone who has a six pack because that person lost so much weight during their sickness. This normally happens when the illness was nauseating.

Dude since when does Nick have a six pack or abs at all.

He doesn't normally it's a major sick pack
