A word often used in exasperation, when there is no hope of continuing. Often this word is used when an argument has been lost, or when someone is, metaphorically, out of cards. Synonymous with "I'm pissed off that I've lost this argument, and this is the only intellectual retort I can muster".

When a person telling you something goes into every detail all the time. Everytime they tell you a story it takes for ever. The person goes into so much detail they end up off the subject they even started on.

Oh that girl... she has that shutthefuckupness about her, i cant stand it. She rambles on and on and on.
