To dance like a crazy person like Josh Ramsay in a public place. This term comes from th popular song 'Shaketramp' by an awesome Canadian band called Marianas Trench. To Skaketramp you first make sure you are in public, then you swing your arms and kick one leg at a time as high as you can.

To dance wildly, commonly slapping people (by accident, or not) while doing so.
Also, you can 'shaketramp' down a street, running wildly, flailing your arms and, once again, slapping people while doing so.
The verb shaketramp originates from the song 'Shaketramp' by Canadian rock band Marianas Trench.

"Last night, we totally shaketramped down Queen street."
"If they play that song, Ima shaketramp like crazy."

i once described a shaketramp to a friend of mine,
when he asked.
and this is the evidence i gave him.

Handshake hand-sheyk

so, by seriously (ahahahah) looking at this, over and over.
and choosing the most fitting response, based on the song (teehee:D)

i came to the conclusion.
that a shaketramp (sheyk-trâmp)
is a greeting slut.(im allowed to say that, this is a definition. lol)

that would explain why she gets slapped in the face in the music video ,eh?

shake tramp

Noun. A shake tramp is someone who will literally do anything to get what they want. As popularized by the Canadian rock band Marianas Trench in their song "Shake Tramp". Can also specifically refer to using other "assets" besides your musical ones to gain a recording contract.

Park "I can't believe that skank got the promotion instead of me."
Terrance "Yeah, well I'm sure she wagged her butt like a shake tramp to get it."
