Also spelled "sfaccim", it literally means "semen" or "jism", (Southern Italian dialectal word) but is also used as an insult, more or less equivalent to "bastard", or "son-of-a bitch", or even "dick-head".

Sfaccimm

Often used with "bucchin", "mammt", "mocc 'a mammt", sfaccimm is a cuss word frequently used in the iIalian city of Naples. It is both used as an insult and as a replacement to the word "sborra", which means "cum" and is, in fact, used to call a person a "drop of cum (sfaccimm)".

It's one of the most bad words that can be found in Neapolitan language. The word literally in Italian means "semen", can indicate a clever person, in this case the person is called " son of sfaccimma "that is not offensive. The origin is from Italian " sfacciato "
Be careful as to use this word why it's true that there are many " son of sfaccimma" but equally true that there are also many " men of sfaccimma "(people of no value). You can even say " ma che sfaccimma " that means " damn!"

Sfaccimma, (in short "Sfaccimm") is an Italian term created from the Neapolitan dialect. It is a curse, but at the same time it is also a word used for sexual terms.

Sfaccimma means either "Curse, fuck, etc." or "sperm, semen".
