Seppy is what you call someone if they watch to much Jojo. the word seppy is a direct reference to the show so it highly offends anyone who hears it and watches the show. A Seppy basically only consumes all happiness that is gained from the Anime and then makes people turn and the colour blue in the pure amount of sick they feel.
