Term invented by Pootie Tang the Ghetto ledgend of Chicago. Has many shades of meaning, but basically equivalent to the English term "bullshit".

Biggie Shorty: One of these days, Pootie, I'm gonna have my way with you.

Pootie Tang: Sepatown.

Biggie Shorty: Sepatown my ass! You gonna be inside of a bed with me!
