To scadge is essentially to 'bum' something from someone, to ask for it without intent of paying

A scadge can also be someone who is very cheap and/or does this frequently

Can I scadge a fag off you?

Can I scadge some money for bus fare?

That guy always comes round and smokes my dope and eats my food, he's a fucking scadge.

The evangelicals who hold enormous sermons but care more about lining their own pockets rather than helping the poor. They promise their that the road to heaven is through donating to them.

Scamgelicals such as Copeland, Osteen and others fleece millions from their poor sheep and promise them heaven. Camp Meeting runs a religious Ponzi scheme by promising that for every dollar donated they'll end up receiving up to ten dollars in return.
