A person that has a sudden ‘illness’ or physical condition that prevents them from completing an activity or trip.

Other forms of ‘Rubitis’ include requiring special support or needs due to this new illness.

Our group was on a 3 hour road trip through Yosemite and one guy had a sudden case of Rubitis, saying he needed to ride shotgun as he gets car sickness. We’ve known that little bitch for 30 years and he never had it before.
