Rookie Week

(n.) The occurrence of someone or something that is sloppy, slow, incapable of handling a situation or lacking pro status, usually due to a lack of experience. A lack of common sense.

"I'll have half a shot."
"What is this, rookie week?"

"We don't drink"
*head nod* "Must be rookie week."
