Rhawnhurst is a residential neighborhood in the Northeast section of Philadelphia. You usually see alot of kids walking when driving around . Rhawnhurst has very little shopping there is bell's Corner Shopping Center, the Cottman Bustleton Center, and the Roosevelt Mall, which opened in 1964 at Cottman Avenue . Usually kid's mess around when in stores with out there parents . The Usual hanging spots are Mcdonalds , target , schools , dunkin dounuts , or there just walking around.
