1. The norm of what is regular becomes the norm of what is rageular. Regularly having an excessive overdose of inebriation making that the norm of what is regular become rageular.
2. When the act of raging, getting shitfaced, or blacking out becomes a customary routine to everyday life.
3. When one is a rageular, alcoholism might become questionable.

Example:

Girl A: Did you rage last night at the library while we were studying?
Girl B: Of course! I am a total rageular!


Boy A: I've been getting shitfaced and blacking out for the past month. I guess that makes me a rageular.
