A quackpup refers to a child who receives a haircut that is rather distasteful in the eyes of the child, and is henceforth embarrassed. A grown quackpup refers to an adult in a similar situation.

"My mom made me get a haircut and everyone was laughing at me... I'm a quackpup now..." "Larry decided to give the new barber a chance and he totally gave him buster haircut, my mans looking like a grown quackpup."
