A term used to describe someone when they are being a desperate retard, and/or a nunce.
Usually used together with an UNO +4 or Wild card.

Chad: "Man I'd suck her boyfriend's dick for a chance with that hottie."
Brian: pulls up image of +4 card
Brian: "Dude stop pulling a red."
