A highly advanced communication network developed to allow analog, digital (AstroPuff), and encrypted (SecurePuff) communications. Generally the puffnet is used for non-emergency operations and complex practical jokes. However it is on occasion used for covert tactical operations, and in place of an otherwise crappy primary communication system.
