A place like Wakanda but filled with pubandas. An example of a pubanda would be my friend Noah that everyone calls Pubes. He is a keyboard warrior and he has hair that’s made out of Pubes and therefore he lives in pubanda

Guy 2: Pubanda, a guy named Pubes lives there and he is a pubanda warrior.
