Is a Serbian term that means 'splashing' or really any type of way of getting someone moderately or a little wet. It's also mainly used in a sexual manner , as you can just replace water with sperm (In Serbian language)(cumshots ect). In that manner, it can also be used as a way of saying you fucked someone over, used them, tricked them, bullied them, and things of that nature.
