A proski is one whom is a pro, but so much better than a pro. They are the best of the best, no one has the ability to top them, there is only a hand full of people in the whole world that has the title "Proski".

Prosciutto 

Dry-ish sweet tasting ham from Italy. Very thinly sliced and it tastes AWESOME. There doesn't seem to be enough of it.
