It's a joke word Youtuber Caddicarus used inorder to explain why Tony Hawk's Pro Skater was named Tony Hawk's Skateboarding in the UK. (The real reason why is because people thought "Skater" would be confused for Ice Skating. Stupid reason, i know.)
