poo bandit is someone who sneaks out of class or a meeting just for the sick pleasure of being in the bathroom by them selves. Once in the bathroom they will begin their homosexual act by taking a shit and then once they are done they proceed to take the shit out of the bowl with their bare hands and smother it onto the walls or toilet. The worst thing is when these idiotic people mould their shit into little people as if it was playdoh and then play with them.

Someone who goes into a public restroom and uses their own poo to write "Poo Bandit" on the bathroom stall. In order to be a true Poo Bandit you must continuously do this and never reveal your true identity.

Grace Burke poos every week in a public restroom and uses her finger as a pen to write "Poo Bandit" on the wall in her own poo.
