po'bucker 

Poor, loutish, Caucasians, a.k.a. "white trash". African-American term derived from the English 'poor' affixed to the West African 'buuker' or 'buukra', the latter meaning 'demon' or 'white man'.

Every poor white guy knows someone else who's a po'bucker.

A po'bucker is usually defined as a local yokel, backwoods
hicks. Sometimes it can mean small town police or sheriff.
Rev. Stang will sometime use the term on the Church of the
Sub-Genius' Hour of Slack Radio ministry program. It is
probably a derivative of "podunk".
