The court tried to coerce me into a modern plea Bargain by
using threats of prolonged incarceration, but I told the
judge that the real bargain was getting free meals and

A way for some offenders to abuse the criminal justice system by avoiding conviction of more serious charges which would result in a sentence that includes a term of incarceration or other requirements that would get in the way of their future criminal activity.
In the plea bargaining phase the defendant was able to negotiate with the help of their attorney a pleas of guilty to the charge of Conspiracy to Commit Murder over Sex Abuse because they didn't want to have to register as a Sex Offender.
