penisförlängare

A German term that literally translates to "penis extender". While the term is frequently employed in the marketing of certain sex toys/products, outside sex it is usually used in reference to large pickup trucks, especially those which would count as "pavement princesses" and rarely (if ever) get used like a pickup truck.
