Patu Guts

The expression "Patu Guts" stems from colloquial New Zealand culture. It is an hybrid of the two formal New Zealand languages, Maori and English.
The word 'Patu' is the Maori word for dirty, and often used colloquially to denote 'stink', 'crappy' or similar.

The amalgamation 'Patu Guts' therefore refers to someone who has crooked guts, flatulance, or other similar issues.
