To punch and tap someone at the same time with one hand, in between a punch and a tap.

Boy 1: HE PUNCHED ME!!!
Boy 2: What are you talking about? I just patapanapped you.
Teacher: Don't worry he only just patapanapped you. There's no need to cry child.
