When you are in a strip club or at a party and see a loud person or loud group who are trying to get all the girls attention and decide to throw a bunch of money in the air in a weak attempt to show everyone how rich they are only to see their cash disappear in a few minutes or seconds!!!
The boys were at the club last night "making it rain", but since they're poor and just spent their entire utility bill money it was just "a passing shower"! What a bunch of 30k millionaires!!!!
