A fictional possession meaning that you are black in the sense of style, attitude, pride in the black race, etc.

Basically to keep it real when you are black.

But it can be considered revoked if you do otherwise. For example be black, but a Goth or Punk (musical sense)

It's a common joke that then it is revoked, to turn it in at the nearest liquor sto on Martin Luther King blvd, and turn it in. Also you can do so at Roscoes Chicken & Waffles...

Shaniqua went to a Marilyn Manson concert! She even wears all those chains and leather straps and stuff...

The fallout from white guilt where most of society allows black people to get away with things that other races would not be allowed to get away with. This could refer to domestic abuse, disorderly conduct, abuse of handicap parking stalls, or other such offenses.

If Chris Brown were a white man, he would have gone to jail for attempted murder for what he did to Rihanna, but since he's black, he gets a black pass.

If me and my friends were screaming and yelling on the bus, we would have been kicked off, but those black guys can do what they want because they have a black pass.

"Black Pass" actually a combination of two words. Black, and Pass
Black - a color, actually all colors combined.
Pass- a type of permit.

Black Pass - A dark permit.

An allowance of all things colored?

I don't know.. The example shall speak for itself.

black stage pass 

When a white (Caucasian) person is friends with a black (African-American) person, and is able to do things, go to events, etc. in that person's company that he or she would be unable to do alone or with other white people.

Being able to refer to each other as "nigga" or "cracker" is an example of getting a black stage pass. Another example would a white person being able to get into the Apollo Theater or perhaps a spot on Soul Train.
