Generally a teenage girl or a young woman who parties too much. They drink their asses off and dress provocatively and seem like an all around nice person until you've witnessed the party trash experience. They often drink themselves into a temporary coma in which some traumatizing event happens to them such as rape, or waking up naked in an unfamiliar place. Ultimately, these things are bragged about.
Party trash is also referred to as party sluts, tramps, etc

The White Trash Party 

This is an annual party thrown to celebrate simply being a trash bag. Trashy or "ratchet" dress and behavior is mandatory at the event. Public display of all tramp stamps, weave tracks, and nipple rings is also encouraged. The White Trash Party is the one day of the year where a girl/guy can dress as trashy as she/he wants and no one will say anything about it.

This year at the event, the title of Miss/Mr. Trash will be given to the person who best embodies the theme. The winner will receive a special prize(s) they're amazing as well as being a judge for next party's winner.

the following will receive additional point towards winning:

-arriving on a motorcycle, lawn mower, or 4-wheeler (alyssa)
-parking your trailer out front to stay the night
-bringing a small child to the party (bonus for offspring**)

-bringing your cousin (must also be significant other/spouse****)

Greek trash party 

"Trash parties" are the young Greek's favorite rowdy parties.
The term appeared in 2004 for throwback parties that played the type of music that everyone snubbed. It came as a reaction to the fakeness of the 00's mainstream club and house music.

A greek trash party MUST contain all three: Lots of alcohol, 90's and early 2000's Greek, Spanish, and American hits, and an electric and flirty atmosphere. When you don't know what to play, play hits by Sakis Rouvas. If people are not dancing, play King Africa - La Bomba. When everyone is absolutely wasted, play a super random popular ballad to throw people off (like Celine Dion - My Heart will go on), only to do a come-back with an old school catchy superhit- like Michael Jackson, Wannabe by Spice girls, or Gasolina by Daddy Yankee.
