Otay, Panky

Translated: "Okay, Spanky."

A line from Little Rascals made famous by Gordon Lee, who played Spanky's kid brother, Porky. Lee's signature line, "Otay, Panky," came about because he had a speech impediment and couldn't say his K's and S's.

Currently thr phrase could be used as an affirmative reply when someone tells you something fairly obvious. It's a silly way of saying "okay."
Bob: "Don't walk in the steet because you might get hit by a car."

Fred: "Otay, Panky"

hanky panky bullshit

A term used by parents to describe naughty business, on preferably a couch.
"You and that girl arent doing any of that hanky panky bullshit down there while that door is closed. you hear me son?"

hanky panky

Anything which can happen between a couple. There is no set definition as to what it may be, but it can be said that it is something that someone who is not part of the couple would not want to be around when it is occurring.
Hey you two! Remember: no hanky panky in the backseat!

Packy Run

Only heard of in Connecticut as CT refers to liquor stores as "Package Stores"
A 'packy run' is similar to a 'liquor run', in where your attentions are to pick up some booze.
Shit dude, it's almost 9 wanna make a quick packy run with me?
