Paloozer 

A Paloozer (short for palooza-operator) is the manufacturer of a palooza and/or epic party of epic proportions. If you create a palooza and have a a fondue fountain, frat boys, and some cheeses, you are indeed a Paloozer.

Using the latin word for stick Palo, the word palotheropy can be defined as a treatment involving the accused getting repeatedly hit with a stick. Canes belts, and in some cases heavy metal poles this treatment is used to treat naughty people, aka, theifs, rapists kidnappers and, politicians. This treatment is almost always seen throughout Latin America the suspect is almost always caught red handed thus the punishment is delt to the crime committed. This can go one for minutes to sometimes hours, this is usually done in most severe circumstances.
