Noun. The act of sticking an object up one's nose in order to induce a sneeze. Portmanteau of "Nose" and "Masturbation".

noseturbation 

It's the process of rapidly breathing in and out using only my nostrils to induce a sneeze.

If you hate having a sneeze that doesn't want to come out, just use noseturbation and blow that nose load.
