Any girl or women who seems to exhibit signs she is affected by an extreme and compulsive desire to wear bright colored straight hair. Has to have on lots of makeup at all times and who also dresses compulsively to accentuate her buttocks shapes and features especially after having said regions of her body enhanced.

She is obviously affected by nickiminajsyndrome!
