usually used to describe when someone borrows your shit and breaks it.

also someone who is extremely stupid when it comes to anything they do.

Tom: Hey jo, can i borrow your brand new xbox conroller?"
Jo: "Fine but dont go shoving it in your ass and breaking it newbert newbington."
