When the co-pilot in a car is very annoying in the way in which they give directions.

person in passenger seat: Make a u-turn in 500 feet, and then take a left, and don't speed, you're going way too fast! Didn't you see that sign? Damn, you missed the turn, what's wrong with you?!

Head Navigator

A head navigator is somebody that cocks their head when turning a vehicle. Try walking around a corner with your head cocked. It fucking doesn't help, so why the fuck do it while you're driving?

Check out the head navigator making the right turn. Notice the head cocked to the right at 30 degrees. The fucking idiot must figure the centrifugal force of their cocked rock-head will assist with the turn somehow.

Nagagator

Person or persons whom ride in a vehicle, but are not in control of the vehicle, but make comments constantly pertaining to the driver or the way he/she is driving.

He/She: OMG we are doing 80 MPH on the freeway.
Driver: What's wrong with that???
He/She: The speed limit is only 65.
Driver: But everybody is doing the same speed.
He/She: And you're texting somebody.
Driver: Quit being such a nagagator, I know how to drive!

Nagigate

Having someone nag you while giving you directions. Usually while driving. Usually a wife.

We'll be there in a bit, I'm driving and my wife will nagigate the whole way.

My wife thought we were lost and nagigated until we finally parked.

Stop freakin' nagigating, I know where I'm going.

Navigator

A fullsize luxury SUV made by Ford, under the luxury brand, Lincoln. It is built on the Ford Expedition chasis, and competes with the Cadillac Escalade, and the Infiniti QX56.

Lincoln has recently introduced the Navigator L, L implying it's longer wheelbase. The Navigator L competes with the Cadillac Escalade ESV.
