My Teal 

Someone who you can always go to for both comfort and advice. You can tell them anything and you can always trust that they will give their honest opinion without judgement, but with care. They have a healing presence surrounding them, and they will always welcome you with open arms. They may be shy and reserved when you first meet them, but once that barrier melts away with time they will become a home for you. Don't ever let go of your teal.

Person 1: You seem to be doing a lot better these days. I know that you've had a lot on your plate for a while now, what kept you from losing it?
Person 2: Well, you can thank Kit for everything really. Meeting them changed my life, they were there for me at my lowest and helped me get back on my feet. I don't know where I'd be without them.
Person 1: Wow, they seem to be really special to you!
Person 2: Of course! They're my teal, and I won't trade that for anything.
