A person that is large in size and very unattractive.

Derived from conjunction of the words Mog (meaning ugly) and Hippopotamus (a huge animal normally seen on safari).

Mexipotamus 

The ubiquitous, overweight Mexican woman in black stretch pants and an oversized t-shirt. She's perpetually pregnant and usually has three anchor babies with her at all times.

While driving home I saw a pregnant Mexipotamus pushing a double stroller and carrying another kid.
