Mexipotamus 

The ubiquitous, overweight Mexican woman in black stretch pants and an oversized t-shirt. She's perpetually pregnant and usually has three anchor babies with her at all times.

While driving home I saw a pregnant Mexipotamus pushing a double stroller and carrying another kid.

noun., a person who sulks, mopes, and takes on an antisocial affect due to some situation that they themselves created.

George couldn't work on that one project because he had another one he had to finish first so he spent the day as a mopipotamus.
