Monday Club

A gathering of likeminded, middle aged males who get together for beers on a Monday evening, to 'break in' the working week after the weekend. Conversations often include, but are not limited to; cars, motorcycles, hobbies, general trivia and current affairs. Topics of sports are seldom included due to a lack of group interest.

Guy 1: "Are you going to Monday Club tonight for a few beers?"
Guy 2: "Yes. I'll meet you at the pub around 8pm"

The Hang over monday which sees many males and often females skipping work to recieve a hair of the dog, curer from their weekend of binge drinking in the nearest watering hole.

On entering the pub: "We see we have a new addition to the monday club"

a term that means to do something fun on Monday, most commonly 'clubbing'; usually used on Sundays in order to make Monday seem more exciting.

Gab- "Ugh I really do not want to go back to school tomorrow."
Julia- "Hey its all good, tomorrows Club Monday! You got that to look forward to."
Gab- "Fuck yeahh, I haven't had a Club Monday in mad long."
