To have an individual uncomfortably close to your face ("grill"). Indicative signs include feeling the individual's body heat or smelling their breath and/or body odor.
Donny disgusts me. Every time I try to engage him in civilized conversation, he's always grill-mixing. He smells like a musty taint and his breath reeks of fermented milk.
