Mitsate is a super chill, cool person, usually from Ethiopia. Mitsate is that friend who you always want to include in things because things are just better with her around. She's not the center of attention, but you always want to hear what she has to say. Being a Mitsate is the perfect attribute for someone helping out with cleaning up a murder.
