Somebody who metaphorically jerks somebody off for their own benefit. Usually their boss or an authority figure of some sort.

Neil: Man, Jack kisses so much of the bosses ass his breath smells like shit!

Bob: Oh, total meatstroker!

The feeling one has after the large consumption of meat prducts, say from a brazillian BBQ or Atkin's diet.

Ugh, that 24oz steak was good, but I think I'm suffering from meatstroke now, whew!
