To manage dificult navigation, one step at a time through an incredibly sticky situation.
At rush hour I had to manavigate my way through some tight alleys to avoid traffic.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
