A pile up, consisting of men. Typically performed to show appreciation, congratulation, lift team spirits. Also used as a male bonding experience, or used to cheer someone up.

Gentleman 1: Man, Craig sure is down in the dumps today.

Gentleman 2: You know what he needs? A good old fashioned man pile.

manpile 

A pile of men formed when a ball or other object is thrown and all participants attempt to land on and secure the ball. The game can be played with as little as 3 people or as many as 20. Manpile is a game created by the WP clan of Exeter.

Person 1 :How did you break yor arm Person 2 : I was playing manpile with 3 of my guy friends.

manpile 

Refers to a technique of dealing with certain pve encounters in a MMORPG. Not to be confused with Zerging. Manpile specifically refers to encounters where it is necessary for every toon in a pve raid to be as close as possible to the target Mob or Monster. Being too far might pull additional aggro, trigger an AoE etc.

The guild leader explained that in this fight it would be important to stay tight and manpile the Boss, or the next room might get pulled.
