lolzerko 

LOLzerko / LOL-zerko / lolzerko: LOLzerko is a bastardization of the commonly used "LOL". The vast majority of lol-users aren't actually laughing out loud when they use the word lol. Thus, lolzerko serves to convey heightened emotion, in an elevated form even beyond lol in full caps; lol or LOL just don't cut it anymore, now that users' audiences grasp the fact that there isn't actually any laughing happening out loud.

Originated among folks in the San Francisco Bay Area population, adoption of lolzerko has gradually increased in Midwestern and Northeastern populations.
