1. A disorder characterized by gender self-identification of a homosexual female (lesbian) as a male.
2. A hermaphrodite with primarily female characteristics, but with male genitalia.
3. A lesbian with latent penis envy. (archaic)

1. The results came back from the gene lab. The incorrect gender identification of the patient is being caused by lesdyxia.
