The hairiest creature you will ever encounter. She is a beast of massive proportions and one so beefy you cannot take your eyes off of her. Little do people know her real name is Pamela which does not match her appearance at all. She has the uncanny ability to projectile vomit when anyone comes to her crying about failing science because she does not know what the subject is. This is her defense mechanism and it is essential that she wear vomit colors on her turtle necks so that when it happens, no one knows. She is a nimble, mysterious creature that we much dissect further

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
